Returns and Refund Policy for Nature’s Cradle

At Nature’s Cradle, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review the following return and refund policies.

Eligibility for Returns

Hardgoods (Non-Perishable Items): You may return most hardgoods (e.g., tools, garden supplies, pots) within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  1. Live Plants (Perishable Items): Live plants are only eligible for return if they are defective or damaged at the time of receipt. After the item has been received in good condition, no returns are permitted.
  2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable:
    Gift cards
    Sale items or clearance merchandise
    Custom or personalized items
  3. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To request a refund or replacement, contact customer service at info@naturescradle.com with your order number and a description or image of the damage. Additional documentation may be required to process your claim.
  4. Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  5. Restocking Fees
    Hardgoods: A 20% restocking fee applies to hardgoods not picked up within one week of notification that they are ready for pickup.

    Live Plants: Live plants not picked up within one week of notification are forfeit, and no refund will be issued.

  6. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@naturescradle.com.
  7. Return Process
    To initiate a return:

    Contact customer service at info@naturescradle.com with your order number and the reason for return.

    Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the item.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

  8. Pickup Orders
    For pickup orders, you will be notified when your product is ready for collection. You must pick up your order within one week:
    A 20% restocking fee will apply to hardgoods not picked up within one week.
    Live plants will be considered forfeit, and no refund will be issued if not picked up within one week.

Refund Delays
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@naturescradle.com.
